In October, commotion in market price for China’s polyvinyl alcohol, price continued to rise. The overall industry burden  is low, the market supply tension continues, major manufacturers increase price significantly and  limited sales. Volume is limited, end-users dominant in purchase, middle and downstream industry inquiry atmosphere weakened. Considering the supply tightness is difficult to ease in the short term, some manufacturers still have plans to increase price, and the purchasing industry tends to be cautious.
